We are affiliated with Sleep Medicine Specialists of South Florida, PA — giving us a direct and established patient population across sleep disorders, obesity, and chronic disease management.
Every trial at PharmaDev is conducted under the direct oversight of our Principal Investigator and follows ICH E6(R2) Good Clinical Practice guidelines, FDA regulations, and IRB-approved protocols.

Edward Mezerhane, MD, FAASM, FACP, DABOM, CPI
Founder & Principal Investigator

Dr. Mezerhane is triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Obesity Medicine, and holds the Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) designation. He has practiced clinical Sleep Medicine for 13 years, and his practice sees over 10,000 patients per year.
Involved in clinical research since 2017, Dr. Mezerhane has served as Principal Investigator on more than 45 clinical trials. He is also the founder of Sleep Medicine Specialists of South Florida, PA — providing a robust, pre-qualified patient referral network for ongoing research studies.
